Heather Andrew is the founder of Aspen Wellness Centre. Heather has been a Mental Health Therapist for over five years, supporting clients with a variety of needs including complex trauma, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, family conflict and more. Heather is passionate about providing trauma informed care to her clients and is a fierce advocate for mental health awareness.

Heather spent three years working as a school based therapist in an inner-city school, and as a therapist serving clients with Children’s Services involvement before entering into private practice and eventually opening her own clinic. Heather is very experienced in supporting diverse clients with complex needs by striving to build safe, trusting relationships with individuals and families. Heather is experienced in providing individual therapy for children (10 years+), youth, adults and families. Heather is also a skilled group facilitator and presenter.
Heather is a level 2 Reiki Practitioner, which she uses to aide in energy healing with clients.

Natalie has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2006 and she also recently completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Natalie is passionate about helping people to heal on a physical and emotional level. Dynamic movement is an ongoing interest of hers and her at-home yoga practice has fuelled her understanding of how the body moves.
